예전에는 페이팔 회원들만 결제 할 수 있다고 하는데(들은이야기)

지금은 결제하는 사람이 페이팔 회원이 아니여도 결제 할 수 있다.

근데 회원 아닌 사람이 결제 할때 몇가지 정보를 더 넣는데..그게 바로 회원가입과 함께 처리된다.

결국은 비회원도 페이팔를 이용해 결제하면 결제 된다..
